With this shift into Autumn, we embrace the rise of Yin energy in both our natural environment and our inner landscapes. What is potent in this transition is connecting to a feeling of slowing down, of drawing our awareness to what we feel more aligned with in this point of our lives and working with the practices of impermanence. As the trees shed their leaves, so too we look to let go of what no longer serves us, or is holding us back from living in a way that feels authentic and grounded. We will have the opportunity to understanf this concept and how it relates to all aspects of our lives and layers of being.  This workshop will blend yin and yang yoga with mindfulness so create a deeper connection to this time of year.  This class will be via Zoom..to register contact Camyoga
