It isn’t about trying to perfect life or “win” at it, rather it is about learning to be in the flow With life itself.  Throughout our lives we face many changes and transitions.  We live in a life that is constantly in flux, nothing ever remains as it is.  Whether it is the world around us, relationships, work for example as well as our internal world. Our bodies are changing, growing old, going through pain or discomfort..our emotions change.
How to meet this constant – change – we need to flow with life.
