When we cultivate a practice/understanding that the only constant in life is change, we can learn to Let Go more easily of our attachments, desires, our “holding patterns” that can cause us to feel stuck in many aspects of our life. Attachments can cause us to feel held back in relationships, our yoga, our work and in our relationship with ourselves. This time of year, Autumn, we look to orient our practice around Letting go, just as the trees and plants are shedding their foliage for the cooler weather seasons, we look to see how we can map to that and bring to light and shed what is no longer serving us. This theme will be threaded together in this afternoon in both a yin and yang method to create a lovely resonance in our bodies and mind.
