In this workshop we will explore the transition from Spring to Summer so we can create a sense of harmony in our internal systems and our yoga practice.  Summer is the most “Yang” season of the year, and we do want to be more social with these long sun-filled days, more energetic and feel joyous.  But we do have to be conscious that we can overextend ourselves, burn this fire too much and feel depleted.    I will lead you through sequences that will address these concepts.
