Spring is a time of year that is about engaging in practices allowing for growth, an upwards and outward expansion of  energy and a time to awaken ourselves to this season of more yang activity.  We look to prepare the body and mind for this transition so that we feel in concert with the season, balanced and grounded.  The organs specifically associated with this season that we look to bring vitality to are the Liver and Gallbladder.  These are the primary organs of detoxing in the body with regards to digestion and metabolism, and also play key roles in the absorption of fat soluble vitamins, which effect our immune function, and relate to the health of our tendons and muscles just to name a few aspects..  Join me in this workshop where we will move through a yin and flow practice threaded together to to support ourselves this time of year.
