The springtime is the first yang season of the year and the season of the Liver as our physical, emotional and psychosomatic guide. The energy associated with this time of year is upward moving, more engagning and yang in terms of its expressions.  The liver it is an organ that is “verb-like’ or actionable. the seeds we plant in the quietude of winter can now push through and grow.
