This workshop will focus on the importance of connecting to and moving from our Hara, or what zen Buddhists call our Center, our seat of intuition.  We are taught in western society that our brain is the center of thought and intellectual connection to ourselves, when physiologically the belly brain has a powerful role in our emotional well-being, the our nervous system strength and our ability to feel grounded and at ease.  The enteric nervous system is located here in the small intestine and actually contains more neurons then the spinal cord!  In this workshop we will explore both in movement and stillness how to connect more strongly to this area, nourish it and the implication this has on our overall well-being!
